anunci\u00f3 que, despu\u00e9s de un an\u00e1lisis profundo, el Instituto de las Mujeres se convertir\u00e1 en la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres y estar\u00e1 encabezada por Citlalli Hern\u00e1ndez Mora, actual secretaria general de Morena y senadora de la Rep\u00fablica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.4\">Sheinbaum detall\u00f3 que el objetivo de esta transformaci\u00f3n es hacer llegar los derechos de las mujeres a todo el pa\u00eds: \u201cTener una Secretar\u00eda permite, primero, garantizar que los temas transversales se cumplan, pero queremos elevarlo a nivel de Secretar\u00eda porque hoy el Instituto de las Mujeres es m\u00e1s bien normativo y nosotros queremos que los derechos de las mujeres lleguen a todos los rincones del pa\u00eds\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.4\">Por su parte, la tambi\u00e9n activista feminista, Citlalli Hern\u00e1ndez, asegur\u00f3 que esta nueva Secretar\u00eda permitir\u00e1 que el futuro sea m\u00e1s pr\u00f3spero, justo, igualitario, aut\u00f3nomo, y con mayores derechos y libertades para todas las mujeres de nuestro pa\u00eds. style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.4\">La pr\u00f3xima titular se comprometi\u00f3 a no dejar a ninguna mujer desamparada frente a la desigualdad, la injusticia y la violencia, por lo que se encargar\u00e1 de acompa\u00f1ar al sistema p\u00fablico de cuidados y se ir\u00e1 a territorio para llevar a cada mujer de M\u00e9xico una cartilla de los derechos de las mujeres, conjuntamente se seguir\u00e1 trabajando por la construcci\u00f3n de la paz, as\u00ed como en la lucha para prevenir y atender la violencia de g\u00e9nero desde abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.4\">Tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 los logros alcanzados durante la administraci\u00f3n que culmina, tales como la reducci\u00f3n del 20% en la brecha salarial, los derechos de las mujeres trabajadoras del hogar, la aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma constitucional en materia de paridad y la disminuci\u00f3n de la pobreza para muchas mujeres, afirmando que ahora, bajo el liderazgo de la primera presidenta, se vienen mejores tiempos para todas las mujeres, a quienes convoc\u00f3 a caminar de la mano para construir un mejor futuro para las nuevas
