recibieron m\u00e1s de 10,000 llamadas en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o relacionadas con alg\u00fan tipo de acoso o violencia laboral<\/p><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><p>Aunque el hostigamiento implica una relaci\u00f3n de subordinaci\u00f3n, el acoso puede darse entre pares o incluso de empleados hacia superiores, ya que no depende del nivel jer\u00e1rquico, sino del abuso de Mant\u00e9n tu lugar de trabajo mientras eval\u00faas tus opciones.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Documenta los incidentes. Registra fechas, horas y detalles espec\u00edficos de lo ocurrido. Esto ser\u00e1 clave para sustentar una denuncia.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Busca apoyo. Acude a tu red de confianza y, de ser necesario, busca ayuda psicol\u00f3gica.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Denuncia. Puedes acudir a:<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">El Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Instancias especializadas como la Fiscal\u00eda Especial para los Delitos de Violencia contra las Mujeres (FEVIMTRA).<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Instancias internas de tu lugar de trabajo, como \u00e1reas de recursos humanos o comit\u00e9s de igualdad.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>Protecci\u00f3n legal en M\u00e9xico<\/b><\/p><p>El marco normativo incluye instrumentos internacionales como el Convenio C111 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y preceptos nacionales como la Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia.<\/p><p>El Estado de M\u00e9xico, tambi\u00e9n cuenta con la Ley de Igualdad de Trato y Oportunidades entre Mujeres y Hombres y el Reglamento de la Ley de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia.<\/p><p><b>Recursos de ayuda<\/b><\/p><p>Si necesitas informaci\u00f3n o apoyo inmediato, puedes comunicarte a la L\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n a mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de violencia: 800 108 40 53 y al Instituto de Salud del Estado de M\u00e9xico: 722 226 25 00, extensiones 64152 y 64151.<\/p><p>Enfrentar hostigamiento o acoso laboral puede ser un desaf\u00edo, pero no est\u00e1s sola.
